Finally let’s get to the sweet note! At Sfoglia Rina we think about preparing every day snacks and desserts with the same care and the same selected ingredients of our pasta: Free Run eggs coming from local breeding, flour strictly from our region and dairy products from the cows of Guglielmo in Monzuno, lying in the Bolognese hills. Every day, in the laboratory, our pastry chef produces the oven baked sweets, while the chefs in the kitchens prepare the delights to be consumed with a spoon. Desserts of local and Italian tradition, such as the classic bolognese rice cake, the tenerina (a soft chocolate cake), tiramisù or panna cotta, but also pastry inspired by the North European tradition, such as lemon meringue tart, frangipane, pavlova, tarte tatin … because there is no such thing as too much sweet!

Looking for a quiet, cozy place and maybe even with WI-FI for breakfast? The restaurants of Sfoglia Rina are at your disposal!
Starting at 8.00 you can have breakfast with sweet home made brioche and cakes and steaming coffee prepared with the moka. The menu also includes organic teas produced by LØV, fresh organic Italian yogurt served with crunchy muesli, bread with jam and butter and much more!
