Today it is a small, medium-sized company with about fifty employees working at the workshop, shops and restaurants. A production company that wants to keep up with the present, without losing sight of the future.\nAnd we want our future to be green!\n\n<div class=\"wk-scope\">\n<div >\n\n\n    \n    <div class=\"wk-grid wk-text-left wk-flex-middle\" wk-margin=\"margin: wk-margin-top\">\n\n                <div class=\"wk-width-1-2@m wk-text-center\" >\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/sfoglia-rina-pasta-fresca-angolo-te-dolci.jpg\" alt=\"casalecchio foto tea\">        <\/div>\n        \n                <div class=\"wk-width-1-2@m\" >\n            <div class=\"wk-panel wk-padding wk-width-1-1\">\n\n                \n                \n                                <div class=\"wk-margin\"><p>These are some of the <strong>choice we have made to reduce our environmental impact<\/strong>:<\/p> \n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>our pasta \"travels\" on a natural gas van<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\t<li><strong>we use completely ecological and biodegradable products for cleaning<\/strong> the premises, dishes, and hands;<\/li>\n\n\t<li><strong>we recycle and use recycled material<\/strong>! Not only every night plastic, glass and paper are recycled, but for example our recycled paper placemats live two more lives: first under the plate then on little chop board we use for you to write your orders;<\/li>\n\n\t<li>we choose to drink ORGANIC: <strong>all our drinks<\/strong>, from tea (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lov-organic.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">L\u00d8V Organic<\/a>) to coffee (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barbarossa.coffee\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Barbarossa<\/a>) passing through wine (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cortedaibo.it\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Corte d'Aibo<\/a>), juices (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.galvanina.com\/en\/index.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Galvanina<\/a>) and beer (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fattoriabilita.it\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Vecchia Orsa<\/a>) are ALL from <strong>organic farming<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n                \n                \n                \n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        \n    <\/div>\n\n    \n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nAnd we will certainly not stop here.
