Finally let\u2019s get to the sweet note! At Sfoglia Rina we think about preparing every day snacks and desserts with the same care and the same selected ingredients of our pasta: Free Run eggs coming from local breeding, flour strictly from our region and dairy products from the cows of Guglielmo<\/a> in Monzuno, lying in the Bolognese hills.\nEvery day, in the laboratory, our pastry chef produces the oven baked sweets, while the chefs in the kitchens prepare the delights to be consumed with a spoon<\/strong>. Desserts of local and Italian tradition, such as the classic bolognese rice cake, the tenerina (a soft chocolate cake), tiramis\u00f9 or panna cotta, but also pastry inspired by the North European tradition, such as lemon meringue tart, frangipane, pavlova, tarte tatin ... because there is no such thing as too much sweet!<\/p><\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n \n\n \n
