Growing also means becoming more mature
Fifty years ago, Sfoglia Rina was “only” a small fresh pasta shop. Today it is a small, medium-sized company with about fifty employees working at the workshop, shops and restaurants. A production company that wants to keep up with the present, without losing sight of the future.
And we want our future to be green!
These are some of the choice we have made to reduce our environmental impact:
- our pasta "travels" on a natural gas van;
- we use completely ecological and biodegradable products for cleaning the premises, dishes, and hands;
- we recycle and use recycled material! Not only every night plastic, glass and paper are recycled, but for example our recycled paper placemats live two more lives: first under the plate then on little chop board we use for you to write your orders;
- we choose to drink ORGANIC: all our drinks, from tea (LØV Organic) to coffee (Barbarossa) passing through wine (Corte d'Aibo), juices (Galvanina) and beer (Vecchia Orsa) are ALL from organic farming.
And we will certainly not stop here. Every day we try to improve ourselves and create a company that our daughters can be proud of.
